However, please note that actual products may vary slightly depending on your screen resolution and settings. If you have any questions relating to this then please do get in touch via theteam@nitewatches.com
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes on orders delivered outside the UK?
Our international delivery charges covers the cost of shipping the goods to you. However, this does not include import charges and administration fees to clear the goods when entering your country.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand that charges may apply and pay all subsequent import tax and duty on goods shipped to their respective Country. In the instance that items are returned to Nite Watches as a result of a rejected payment, subsequent charges incurred such as Import Duty and processing costs will be deducted from any refund issued. Will I be charged VAT?
UK VAT Sales Tax at 20% is automatically charged on all orders that are shipped to the UK, where applicable. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the UK are subject to VAT exemption in accordance with the UK Customs and Excise rulings. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all subsequent import tax and duty on goods shipped to their respective country - we cannot list an incorrect value on a customs invoice and requests to do so will not be completed. In the instance that items are returned to Nite Watches as a result of rejected payment, subsequent charges incurred will be deducted from any refund issued.

Why did my order not complete?
Your banks works hard to keep your money safe and as part of this, you will be required to enter your 3D Secure information (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode) after pressing ‘place order’ button at the checkout.
Many banks now have extra security checks in place to help protect you from fraud online therefore, you may require access to your mobile phone or email account so you can enter a one-time passcode or similar when completing your order with us.
International customers are advised to notify their banks of their intention to make their online purchase from us to avoid the banks fraud protection systems blocking the payment.
What does pre-order mean?
Occasionally items may be out of stock.
Pre-order means that the product is not in stock and we are awaiting delivery. The pre-order date shown is the estimated date the watch will be ready to ship to you, but if this changes then we will contact you to advise of a revised date.
NB: If you order a model on pre-order the transaction will complete immediately and the funds will debited from your account.
Do you offer discounts for emergency services and military personnel?

What is PVD?
The black and rose gold coating is achieved using the Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) process. Although the coating is extremely resistant, regular wear and tear can cause the decorative layer to deteriorate over time. The warranty does not cover this type of aesthetic wear. Due to higher copper content in the rose gold PVD coating there is a risk of oxidation due to conditions it may be exposed to. Where this occurs the warranty does not cover this.
