HAWK EOD TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The purchase of the HAWK EOD model is subject to our standard Terms and Conditions together with the additions listed below. The items listed on this page supersede all existing Terms of sale.

The first window to order the Hawk EOD watch closes on 31 May 2024. We expect to deliver the watch to you by or before September 2024 and we shall keep you informed on the status of delivery in due course. Where there are any delays in production we will notify you by email.

Please be aware that due to the bespoke nature of this model, discount codes and loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with the purchase of this model. We reserve the right to cancel an order where loyalty points and/or discount has been applied due to a technical error.

You are purchasing a custom model that is exclusively made to order therefore the product cannot be returned for refund.

All purchases come with our 5 year warranty which will be valid from the date of receipt.
